Fresh avocado is delicious and very good for you. The best part about avocado is that it turns brown very rapidly, so you know you are getting fresh avocado or not within a second of looking at it.

Avocado is good for weight management, anti-inflammation, and blood sugar regulation. It is best consumed raw and not processed or smashed up and mixed with other ingredients. If you are making it at home, simply slice up your avocado and drape it across your toast. Season it to perfection.
